These terms govern your use of Dwellsmith, operated by Danielle Morrill. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Dwellsmith is currently in beta. This means:
We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee perfection during this phase.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person, please. You must be at least 18 years old to use Dwellsmith.
You own your data. Everything you put into Dwellsmith — tasks, household info, relationships, conversations — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service (for example, processing your onboarding chat through AI, or displaying your tasks back to you).
Use Dwellsmith for its intended purpose: managing your household. Don't use it to:
During the beta period, Dwellsmith is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost (though we try hard to prevent that).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwellsmith and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using Dwellsmith at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we shut down the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
